Anthony C. Percoco MSPT, MAOM, Lic. Ac., CST, RYT-300
Anthony Craig Percoco commenced his healing career, receiving a Masters in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 1998.
Early in his Physical Therapy career Anthony realized a single modality approach to therapy could not meet the deeper needs of the community. With this discovery, he continued his training at the New England School of Acupuncture receiving a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine
While studying Acupuncture, Anthony had the honor of studying Cranial Sacral Therapy, completing a 200 hour 4 Level training.
In the fall of 2003 he began experiencing extreme hand pain, which threatened his ability to practice his profession. Even though he had studied these healing techniques, it was not until the deep exploration of his own pain did the subtle power of healing beyond the physical body become apparent.
Stepping down from a full time role as a Physical Therapist, he spent the next 2 years studying Yoga, Native American philosophy and Meditation; engaging these tools as a collective vehicle to support a movement beyond the negative mental experience of physical pain. These tools, and the wisdom unlocked from them, enabled him to return back to the work environment as an integrative healer in a more alive and empowered manner.
Anthony has continued his studies over the years completing a 300 hour Yoga Training with Bo Forbes in Cambridge Ma, in addition to completing a 300 hour Western Herbal course with the Boston School of Herbs. He continues his love of the Peruvian medicine wheel at the Pachamama Healing Center in Groveland.
